Champ is a blue papered golden palomino
gelding foaled on 5/14/07. His bloodlines go to Traveler and Mr. President on
the bottom and Outlaws Patriot and Zanes Lad on the top. He has that calm
disposition that we all like.
Champ ended his 30 days of training with his first trip to
town for his first
horse show in Summersville on July 17th. He won 4th place out of 7 in men's foxtrotting class. He was a little
nervous at first, with all the trucks and traffic, but soon settled down and did
great with lots of style. We think he will make a great show horse or showy horse
on the trails.
For his training, he was ridden in the Big Creek area of the
Mo.
Ozarks and had never seen a show ring. He will go back to the trainer around the
middle of Aug and will be in the next show at Summersville on Aug 21st. $5,000
